Dick
Could someone please tell me what the size of the stock bolt is for a Silver Pigeon V is as I need to remove mine to investigate why it sometimes fails to fire the second barrel. Thx.
Gnome of the Woods
My SP2 is a 7mm hex key used in conjunction with an extension bar. http://uk.ebid.net/for-sale/4018754002603-in-hex-socket-3-8in-drive-7-mm-81354223.htm?from=googleshop_uk
PhilR
I'm away at the moment, so can't check, but I think my Beretta bolt is 6mm. I've got a key on a T handle not sure of the length of it. I drilled the butt pad so the stock can be removed without removing the pad. I'll post details of the allen key when I get home tomorrow. AnthonyR
The Beretta T handle hex key I have here is 6mm and is 230mm long, it was originally from a 682 Gold E.
Jammer600
Where abouts are you located?
PhilR
Here's the stock key I use, I got it from a local tool store, think it was about £4. It's a Bondhus, ref 13168, 6mm size and the metal shank length is 210mm. As I said in my previous post, I've got a hole drilled in the butt pad so I can insert the tool and take off the stock without having to remove the pad first. BTW older Beretta models have a bolt with a slotted, 13mm head so either a socket or large screw driver can be used.
