jackinbox99 Posted January 3, 2013 Report Share Posted January 3, 2013 Ive got a 7 gun brettansound cabinet, and you can easily get 9 shotguns in there. If you are fitting rifles with scopes in it then you are a bit more restricted. Cracking cabinet though. But looking at the 2nd hand prices, you can still pick up a decent 3 gun cabinet for about 70quid, they seem to hold their value really well. Id definately say though not to bother with a small capacity cabinet unless you are restricted for space. Nearly everyone I know starts off with a 3 gun cabinet and fills it up with a few weeks and then has to upgrade to a bigger one! Even now, im wishing id gone for a bigger cabinet!!! Paxtond Posted January 4, 2013 Report Share Posted January 4, 2013 i use a 8 gun bsa safe, not the cheapest by a long way but i love it. went to look at 2 of those ebay jobs and was pretty underwelmed. for me is was not just about police approval but also protecting my valuable assets.
