Beretta28g
Took a long while to do well easy to quickly knock together but that one has been jointed (im a fat ****** and wanted extra security). Also it was made cheaper than even the cheapest can be bought for. (Note to self change the locks on the garage all my chistles have been used for opening paint tins )
petesv
not finding fault but i would put some cross braces on the ladder part or it will walk when u go up the ladder part trust me I'm a builder ps nice neat job mate
Beretta28g
Trust me it wont. Its all jointed(tightly) each joint is either screwed or bolted, and has copious amounts of glue in there too. It will never move! BTW i am 23 stone and have been up and down it several times and had no problems!
Kes
Looks good and solid - I made one a couple of years ago out of 3" 'jump poles'. They are cheap and although the joints are a bit more difficult you can reduce the amount of timber by using an old ladder to access the platform. A bit of galvanised steel sheet cut into strips helps with the joints and if you use bolts, these are reusable for a new seat. Took me about a day to build (inexperienced) but still in good nick - I'll try and post a photo later - the thing is 2 miles away !.
