colin lad
No joy with the quiets, so had to go with a box of 100 CCI CB's for £10.00. They were terrible in my CZ 452! All over the place in the grouping! And it was only at 25 yards, (The length of the grain store). checked mounts were tight, pulled the bore snake through a few times but still no better. The best group was around 1 1/2"! I thought i'd try a few of my CCI segmented subs. 3 rounds through the bull. Clearly the CB's don't suit my gun! What a p*****! :( I decided i'd use the sub segs instead, but with alot of caution. The barns brick construction anyhow with what looks to be very thick corrigated asbestos! As it turns out i only saw the one rat in the barn, and christ was it big! The CCI segmented subs done the job a treat and not a sound of ricochet! I was well impressed. For one shot anyhow..... i tried the cb longs when i 1st looked for low power round and the grouping in my cz was like a shot gun at 25 yards these quiets are so much better if you can find them, i did a rabbit at 30 ish yards head shot dropped on the spot but yes they are bouncy as much as the normal subs though i guess they would not travel any way as far as standard subs once they are tumbling what you can do is go on cci web site and they can put you onto who they supply over here thats what i did then give them a bell and they can tell you who has them near you they were very helpful to me they told me te ring eastaffs and ask him to order them in quoting the order number they gave me hope this helps colin
