Walker56
Can anyone tell me from these pictures if this barrel is steel proofed. The gun is a lanber sporter delux m/c date of manufacture 2002. I've been told it shouldn't be a problem to use steel aslong it's through no tighter choke than 1/2 but obviously like to check with people with maybe more knowledge. http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i91/mwt5/image_zps5fef5971.jpg
Guest cookoff013
1370bar is the classification for HP steel. ammo usually states for guns proofed to a minimum 1370Bar. it doesnt have the fleur de lyse, but it has some proof stamps, could be spanish marks. subsonicnat
Yes 1350 stamped on a gun is proof to magnum loads, so yes it will take steel: But not for FULL COKE :::: Though 1/2 >>>1/4 only is sensible: Bigger shot really is not an option as well, BB etc, Smaller steel pellets OK :
