tbox
Been waiting a little while for this as there didn't seem to be many left-hand SBE 2's in the country, but I finally had the call from my RFD (Sporting Clays nr Bedford) today to say it had come in. Hot-footed over as soon as I could sneak away and spent a very happy hour blasting clays. I've heard that SBE's with their inertia system can struggle with lighter loads, but I had no issues with 27g Hull superfasts in 70mm. I will have to thump some larger loads though it when I can, to see how well the recoil system works, but from what I can tell it's definitely lighter than my B725 o/u, but not nearly as light as my mates A400 which has a combined gas & inertia system... No real surprises there then.. Anyway Mrs T is having a soak in the bath so I'm off to sneak my new toy from the boot of the car to the cabinet! cheers for now, Tbox. tbox
There's two reasons a gun cabinet has big locks on that only you have the key to. The first is obviously security. The second is so she never knows how many guns you've got.... Actually both reasons are pretty much security related!! Na... She's pretty cool with it. Gonna cost me a shopping trip though! Tbox. Fal
Excellent guns you will enjoy it!! Cycles any load, make sure you put some heavier loads through it, it does make a difference bedding it in. I think they recommend 200 32 gram load 70mm case.
