TIGHTCHOKE
If it's a WINDY afternoon then 1/4 should suffice, if it's NOT WINDY, tighten up a bit as the birds may well be higher! Good luck

Dunkield
I found tightening them a bit has helped, but we do have tall trees round these parts, I was using 1/2 and 3/4 yesterday (my gun is special it has two barrels) Either had clean kills or clean misses

Sx3 clay breaker
Stick to what you use usually I use 3/8 and half in my miroku mk 38 and I learnt my ranges I could kill 7/10 and stick if I fancy a hi shot I try it one flew about 35-40 yards yesterday and I thought ****** it ill try first barrel down like a rock then when I ran out of cartridge I went to my dad who's a way better shot than me and he was using 1/4 and i then had a go at one at 50 yards and ruffled its feathers also yesterday they started to come way too high for me so I left em and some of them circled and come right down and was in the bag then about an hour later most of them was low If wanna eat it less pellets to chew lol Rgds scott Edited February 17, 2013 by Sx3 clay breaker
