Bigamos
Just ordered a new Anschutz .17hmr thumb hole.... I see they don't come with swivel mounts....? The gun will be used for rabbits, I don't mind no sling, but will I miss a bi-pod, or just buy some shooting sticks....?

Yes - I bought a rifle that is difficult (and quite frankly aesthetically a crime) to fit a bipod too and I do miss it.... And that's just the bipod! No sling would be a proper PITA! But I guess that would depend on if you mainly walk to shoot or drive, if it was a stalking rifle I'd say a sling is essential but a lamping from a motor rimfire - not really a big deal.
