buzzydolphin
Hello. I am trying to find the Hardy "Hotspur" and "Sallinoid" Shotgun Cartridges. Seems that the trail of finding any is very cold. Maybe someone can help please. I am trying to make up a collection of their cartridges. Mr Jim Hardy himself kindly helped me with some of his own. Grateful for any leads. Thanks.

wymberley
Can't help with the cartridges, but I have a very nice Hardy Bros SxS 12g shotgun Mike That's interesting. I still have and use my first Hardy product which I bought in 1968 - a 2 to 4oz Longbow beachcaster. I've heard of buzzy's cartridges but never that they did shotguns. Do you know if they actually made them or were they 'factored'? Either way, I bet it's a delight.

It was built by them, it is a boxlock non-ejector with rose and scroll engraving and sweet timber! - shoots really nice. 2.5in chambers and nitro proofed.
