Guest
Hi, A friend has recently asked me to have a look at an airgun an elderly relative has unearthed in her wardrobe (no pun intended). It's a Webley Eclipse (MK2 I think). It has the button on the end of the cocking lever, in 22 calibre. Just after some general information about this model, an idea of when they were in production and possible value if he was to sell it. It's in very good condition, would say it's had very little use, although the stock has some scratches underneath where it's probably been rested on the window sill. ***Note - it's not for currently for sale and this is not intended as an advert*** Any information would be much appreciated. Cheers, Sam
deputy dog
They were about when i was about 18 so coming on 20yrs or so. I bought one in .177 flavour and wished i had .22 as it was a bitch to load in cold weather with little pellets. If its in reasonable good shape ie scratches aint to deep, bluing aint to shabby and in good working order ie it shoots and all mechanics are sound. Then it could bring about £150 maybe £200. There is a market for decent older model springers so it could be worth a few bob to the right person. Hope this help DD Edited March 28, 2013 by deputy dog
