NAVARA 56 PLATE

The central locking is working but when i lock it from the key fob the Front passenger door lock makes a grinding sound, I have tried the spare fob and it still make a horrible grinding noise. The doors lock and open OK apart from the noise coming from the front passenger door lock,

sounds like the locking mechanism if you can lock it on the key and its only when you rely on the motor to lock it that it makes the noise. No idea though is they are a sealed unit etc though

Thanks for the input any way mate, it's proberbly an easy fix but I hate paying other people if I can do it myself. I just need to know what part etc has gone

sounds like the solonoid sticking navaras are bad for it and the whole latch/solonoid come as one and you carnt do anything with other than change them

hi bud the last one i did i think was £140 ish trade or there abouts and there a bit fiddle to fit as well but still only about an hours job
