Dave-G
Maybe not quite in the correct section - but a file upload was needed Planning ahead to the release of the new rangefinder rifle scopes... They appear to have a weaver rail on their top. I cant figure why Deben made thier gunlamp mounts the wrong way round but they have so I need to overcome it. In short the lamp should have been made to slide onto a weaver rail but it has a weaver rail that fits a "weaver receiver" on the scope clamp. What I need is a back to back weaver rail receiver that if I get stuck could be made from a squat "H" section alloy extrusion - folded in at its 'hands and feet'. A picture paints a thousand words so here is a sketch - any Ideas gents? EDIT - better picture
rarms
Spending £1k plus on a rangefinding scope it could be worth buying a new lamp In al seriousness a range finding scope might not even range find at night!
mry716
You can buy 'Gunsmiths' Weaver rail from Edgar Bros (well actually from one of their distributors) as they are the importers for B Square. B Square supply lengths of rail without holes that could be fixed back to back as you wish and of course cut to your required length.
