ferguson_tom
Hi everyone I will be moving house in the next couple of weeks so looking at ordering a kennel and run for my springer and collie. Has anyone got any suggestions where to buy from, I have looked at Duchy and Ultrakennels both seem well made. Not looking for anything massive about 8 x 4ft as the dogs wont live in their all the time its just for if we go out for the day etc. My original plan was to have a shed for my bits and pieces and then build a sleeping area into that with a hole out into a run but the mrs has said she wants a proper kennel. Alternatively if anyone has a decent kennel and run they dont use I may be interested in buying it. Thanks, Tom

Dirty Harry
I have one made by Mitton Hall Kennels. It's very well made and very strong with no wood to rot or go smelly.
ferguson_tom
Thanks for advice gents I will see what deals i can get from Timberbuild, Duchy and Ultra and see what prices the come back with. The Mitton Hall ones are a bit expensive for me and i think the mrs wants a more shed like structure as going to be in full view of the house at the end of the garden. Colc08
I found a guy on Ebay that makes them to order and to your spec. Fantastic quality and he even delivered it on the back of his pick up and built it for me. Think he was from Kings Lynn though so maybe a bit far from you but there is loads on Ebay doing it. Where ever you get one from get it up on house bricks to stop the bottom rotting and so you can hose it out
malantone
I have an Ultra Kennel, they construct on site, all I had to do was chew proof any exposed edges.
