Ferretboy111
Made 5 bottles of sloe gin/vodka and 1 big bottle of blackberry whiskey in mid september, used a 3rd a 3rd a 3rd method with the sloe gin/vodka as it turns nice and sweet, by a 3rd etc i mean a third of the bottle is gin, a 3rd sloes n a 3rd sugar. Saves measuring it out. First time with blackberry whiskey, saw the recipe in my poachers cookbook, anyone tried it? Have had a little taste and its amazing, not ready really yet though, however tempting it is!! Alex

MC
Had I have read this post yesterday I would have bought you some Blackberry whiskey today. I used the poachers cookbook recipe last year and it is DEEEEELICIOUS and also very alcoholic.
