Rexcernui
Been out walikng today and managed to come across the mother load of ramsons. One overflowing carrier bag later I have hopefully managed to give myself a good store of garlicky goodness. Made stock cubes and a dressing oil out of it all and now have a very smelly kitchen but should have a good supply to last a little while. Tea tonight includes at least 3 things made with ramsons , I might just honk a little tomorrow .
Thunderbird
How do you make the stock cubes matey?
Rexcernui
Whizz up chopped leaves and flowers with water lemon juice and a decent handful of salt. Strain out solids and put into ice cube trays and freeze. Drop into anything that needs it. The drizzle oil totally works a treat. You can scoff loads and not honk in the morning
