kxkirk
Went out a couple of night ago and shot a few rabbits with my air rifle. O gave them to a friend of mine and he turn the into this. Duo of rabbit, confit leg and mille feuille of saddle, madeira sauce and parmesan cream. Dont know what most of that means but it looks good. Frenchieboy
That looks really tasty and very well presented mate, it looks like you could teach Gordon Ramsey a thing or two. Having said that i would not be overly happy if my wife served the same meal up to me I like a full man sized meal, not one of those that looks like it has got lost in the middle of a plate that was made far too big for the meal - Mind you, I'm just a greedy little sod when it comes to good food, my favourite hobby is eating! Thunderbird
That looks fantastic, I love confit of rabbit. Judging by the stuff in the background that looks like a professional kitchen, is your mate a chef? Whack some recipes up in the Food and Drink section if you can

welsh1
Those two dishes look great, i would be a very happy diner with the pigeon as a starter followed by that great looking rabbit as a main course
