highdowns hunter
Does anyone know what the grey stinking stuff is which dogs zoom in on and roll about in. They try to get it around the ear / neck area any ideas as to what it is and why they do it I thought that it might me de-composed field voles or mice as the pieces are always about 3 inches in length What i do know is that it stinks and takes a lot of washing off

Malc
Yes, could be either #### or dead animals. They do it to cover their scent. It's an instinct thing. It just shows that your dog takes shooting seriously!
