Markio
A while back i posted a topic regarding a blind i'd just bought and how should i make fixings on my poles (Topic here ) In the end i went for some crocodile clip bonded to the electric fence pole idea. I have to say, it seems to work very well. I can pull the blind pretty damn tight across the poles top and bottom and it has so far proved a success in the field. The idea is that the top clips 'jaws' face upwards and on the inside of the pole, the blind, once attached hangs over the top and down the front of the pole and fastens to the bottom clips. The bottom fixings make a lot of difference with wind (paaarp). I already had the poles and epoxy, so i paid £1.40 for the clips and about £3 for the matt black spray. With the croc clip bonded to the bottom: And at the top: And the finished product, sprayed up black unsurprisingly makes a lot of difference. Just thought i'd let you know what i ended up doing. Not a master piece i know but maybe it'll help someone else.... well ok, maybe not.
