jimmyb79 Posted June 13, 2013 Report Share Posted June 13, 2013 I've got a DM80 on my Sako Quad .17hmr. I've also used a SAK on it and in all honesty, there's not a great deal of difference in sound moderation, there is no discernable difference between the two volume-wise. However, I have the DM80 on mine because the over-barrel reflex design cuts down on barrel length and it generally looks better, plus the matte powder coating cuts down on glare when lamping.
