BaikalsRule90
ive been shooting a shotgun for a few years now with my trusty beretta s686 game gun with 28 inch barrels, however i find myself shooting clays more and more and i think im becoming addicted! Although my scores are gradually improving i think i might benefit from a gun with longer barrels as the one i have is very back heavy and quite whippy so i end up snatching and poking the gun at long targets instead of swinging through smoothly if you get my drift, people keep saying i would suit a bigger gun as im 6 ft 2 but im not sure whether to bite the bullet or not. also whats the difference between the 686 E and the 682 Gold E berettas? i think i want to stick with a beretta as i get on with them quite well, any thoughts? thanks, Baikal Edited June 17, 2013 by BaikalsRule90
Gordon R
Get some barrel weights to stick inside your forend. It would be a cheaper way of finding out whether you need to change your gun or modify your existing one.
scarter
the 682 gold e comes with the optima extended chokes. the 682 is quite a light gun and has berettas reliability! the 686e doesn't come with extended chokes but u can buy beretta extended victory chokes for it.the 686e is cheaper too.....both good guns Edited June 17, 2013 by scarter
