kennym
Sorry but all my recent post are looking for advice, After reading what you guys said about semi autos I have now decided to get a nice CZ 452/455 to shoot out of a vehicle I would like a short barrel 12-13 inches but as you know they don't come stock at that length, is there a gun shop or anybody on here who can shorten & screw cut a barrel, I do have acsess and experiance on a lathe but hav'nt done this before & don't want any issues All help appreciated

moorvale55
A gunsmith once advised me not to shorten a barrel below its rate of twist, so, if your 452/455 is a .22lr the rate of twist is 1 in 16, so don't shorten below 16 inches in order to get one full revolution on the round when fired.
