How does it feed from the magazine?

When it comes to a magazine feed rifle the 22br isn't one of the best rounds for it, I will say with the Sako its ok, you have to be very smooth with the loading of each bullet into the chamber.

Nice looking set up there. And if that group gets much smaller you will be zeroing on postage stamps next. What's your choice of NV ???

PVS-14 when I get it sorted .

Simon West owns my old 22br sako 75 action III himself, he will probably be happy to share info.

I know the rifle well :good: he wanted the .22br for his NV work too and the one you sold him was cheap  I have had a fair bit of info from him.

I ******* hated the calibre myself, terrible to feed reliably and no more accurate than a 22-250 with far less effort in every respect. People get hung up on this myth about short fat cases somehow being far more accurate, it's usually more to do with the fact they are hand built guns, not factory guns and going silly high pressure wise does nothing except save a couple of grains of powder per shot.
