Richard.Hosgood
......And it evidently didn't taste nice, cue a bit of a foaming mouth and head shaking, so we flushed his (JRT) mouth out with water via syringe which seemed to stop the foam and displeasure, and he now seems fine after a run about and another good drink. Anything to worry about, or just keep an eye on him?

Richard.Hosgood
Thanks, he seems fine this morning and not been sick, hopefully he learnt his lesson!
JDog
There should be nothing to worry about. If frogs and toads did not have this chemical defence there would be a lot less of them about. Edited August 9, 2013 by JDog
craig hill
My dog did the exact same last week, wiped his gums with a damp cloth and head shaking and foaming stopped. Poor ****** thought he was in trouble rest of the night, giving me puppy dog eyes.
