beatingisbest
Just recieved the photos from a fishing trip from the summer in the Maldives. I did 3 trips altogether, this is the biggest fish i caught, this was taken a few hours after it was caught due to it being poisonous and having spines. This fish did also turn a brown colour, when i pulled it in it was a silver colour, the skin had a chemical reaction with the air i guess. In all it was a great night. I found out later that there are so many fish there that the fish that they dont eat are used to fill holes in the roads Nets are illegal i think as are pigs and dogs, no idea why

leeboy
Fantastic ! we did the same. When we went, my girlfriend came out on the evening fishing trip and caught a few fish as well and then scared the **** out of herself and the crew by catching a Moray eel just over a meter long. It was one of the high points of the holiday. From sea to stomach in 3 hours - thats the way to do it, doesn't get much fresher than that. Which Island were you on ?
