SNAKEBITE
I reckon it was just a publicity stunt. (How about that one to kick off with then Stuart?)

SNAKEBITE
Beggars belief. How do you "fake" a 280mph crash?

MC
That's about right for the BBS, So the BBC build a jet car, stick a presenter in it and make it crash just so the papers can blow it all out of proportion. They'll be posting that they believe Mulder and Scully next
SNAKEBITE
They'll be posting that they believe Mulder and Scully next Well, don't you?
ziplex
Can't understand the adulation, the bloke was a **** for attemping the stunt with a family sat at home....no matter how you look at it there were high risks involved. When I had kids all those moons ago I stopped acting like an idiot, ie; driving at ridiculous speeds on a GPZ900/FZR1000.....why all the hero worship? Yes, he's a good presenter and Top Gear is a good show, doesn't make him especially sensible in my book all the same.
