affinity121
Hi All, Was hoping to get some feedback on what boots to buy.I'm debating the meindl dovre extreme gtx or the Harkila pro hunter 12" gtx. Personally I think the harkila's look a lot nicer. Does anyone have any feedback to offer?
martyn2233
I have the meindi Dover extreme Gtx and they feel good on the feet like slippers
Dunkield
Go to a decent shop, Cotswold Outdoor for example (other outdoor shops are available) and seek the advice of an expert. Buying without trying is not a good idea IMO, despite how tempting those 'reduced, all stocks must go' emails seem
SSS
Lowa are worth a look. I've got 2 pairs of Tibet pro GTX and they're fantastic. Lowa mountain GTX are also great. All lowa boots have a 2 year warranty vs 1 year on meindl. My mate has meindl Pro which are also brilliant boots.
