NIGHT SEARCHER
The BT65 is a bit bigger than the AT 44 but much the same gun. I have two AT 44s walnut stocked one in .177 and one in .22 and they have been outstanding. The AT 44s and BT65s come with an air gauge. 2 x 10 shot mags. Walther match barrel so very very accurate. Have a look at airgun tv they did a review on the BT 65 and they were very impressed. I would have one but i have 3 x Springers and 7 x PCPs So i can`t justify another gun. Edgar Brothers are the main importer so parts and service are no problem. I have Daystate huntsmans. BSA R 10. Logun Pro. And the Hatsans are just has Accurate. norfolkgoose
Thanks for the reply I was thinking of getting one to use on days that are a bit wet or crawling under fences and hegrows etc .. as I do not wish to ruin the hw100 so a cheaper pcp is needed. EchoVector76
I have a bt 65 in .25 cal at first when I bought it I thought why did I not stick to the old springer, then I applied for F.A.C. and got one and got permission to modify the gun and Im getting an average of 55 foot pounds and about 40 good shots average between 1050fps and 900fps towards the end of 40 shots. I am so happy with this gun it's the best value for money.
CoolhandMal
I have had the BT65 RB in .177 for a while now and it's extremely accurate but a tad on the heavy side but to get around this I use a bipod and shooting sticks when out night stalking with my NS200(nite vision) I am getting 45 shots at 190-120 per refill which is pretty good...go higher than 190 and you start to lose the accuracy.Clean head shots are taken at 35-45 yards depending on weather conditions of course. tremendous value for money IMO ATB Mal
