Now now, not quite true. You don't NEED a dive cylinder. You can pump them up perfectly well with a stirrup type pump, so long as you are fit and keen! That said, all serious PCP shooters I know use a dive cylinder, and why get a 12 litre when you can get a 300 bar 15lt for not a lot more? Doesn't generally cost any more to get them filled either.
