nagantino
I've done a bit but with home made bits. Take a dowel rod, take sheet of fine emery paper and cut little circles of emery out. Glue the little discs to the bottom of the dowel rod. Trim neatly. When dried fit the dowel into a pedestal drill or a hand held B&D. You need to practice but that's the way with any skill. It's obviously easier on a flat object and I've never tried doing it on a curved surface but give it a try. It works.

kent
Jeweling can actually be done with certain hardwoods without attachments, but you can also buy special bits. If you are only doing the one I shouldn't bother buying a special indexing type fixture
