Caterham Clays

Anyone shot Caterham clay ground recently, if so, is it any better?

Last time I shot it, it was long crossers, followed by long crossers, followed by really long crossers....etc, etc.

So, is it any better now? I want to have another option but I'd rather not waste my money on a ground full of samey stands.

Caterham will be on as scheduled I have been informed, but I can't see them changing the long rangy clays, although I love em!

If you don't fancy it Gatton or Court Farm will be on.

Happy shooting!

I don't mind a few long ones, just not on every bloody stand! Variety is the spice of life....and an interesting clay shoot!

Traps 1 and 2 are normaly not to far out, 3 is normally medium distance, and 4 down in the woods is normally a going away coming from the side and behind. They had a Rabbit there lately it was so close I nearly shot myself in the foot!! There is also an overhead in the woods that is not to far away if a little fast sometimes.

It's normally the car park and out in the valley where the clays get some real distance on them.

I'll be there next week if it is on, let me know we can meet up.
