Dominicrobed
Hi Local gun shop have been amazing and said they would send back my barrels to beretta as noticed something wrong and they need replacing under warranty. They said bring back after Xmas as safe to shoot and they will get the ball rolling. I'm just wondering anyone know how long beretta take for things like this ? Gordon R
Depends on the problem, but I would be asking for a firm timetable. 9 months for a fault to be rectified on a Beretta is not unknown.

Gordon R
If it is a warranty claim - I would consider asking for a replacement gun.
fruity
If it is a warranty claim - I would consider asking for a replacement gun.Not disagreeing with what you say regarding a replacement GordonBut from my experience with gmk there was no chance of a replacement even with the age of the gun , they changed half the workings on the gun and sorted a couple of other problems while there , and that was after a written complaint and speaking to the management Edited December 23, 2013 by fruity
Gordon R
fruity - I agree, but a mate of mine - Mark - had to do without his auto for about 9 months - from memory. If this is a new gun, I would be back to the shop asking for another gun.

Yeah they gave me stupid time scales for both of mine , but in fairness they did say any 692,s would be priority because it was a new model which it was quicker then the outlander barrel I just phoned them pretty well everyday for a few weeks until they gave me a return date / update The bit what annoyed me the most I bought two brand new guns and both were either not working or at gunshop/gmk at the same time
