I've been and got 200 hull high pheasants with out looking at length of the carts well now I've got em home I've noticed there 67mm which is 2 1/2 inch I have a browning 425 special waterfowl which is 2 3/4 to 3 1/2 my question is what would happen if I used em would it cause any damage thanks for looking and any info back would be great Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Gunman Posted December 26, 2013 Report Share Posted December 26, 2013 If using a cartridge of shorter case length than the chamber pat particular attention to cleaning the chamber after use so as to prevent a build up of crud/leading that can lead to problems of extraction when using cartridges of maximum length .
