Underdog
Hi folks, my sprocker has this habit of making a grunting noise in her throat. She has done it for years but it seems to come and go. It happens when her head is tipped up more than down! She likes me rubbing the glands in her neck too! Is there an infection going around that is causing catarrh or something? She seems happy enough though! Underdog....thanks.
fenboy
My 10 year old cocker does the same , mainly if I am making a fuss of him , has done for as long as I can remember. If its gone on for years as you say I would not think its anything to worry about.
michufc
My cocker has done this before as well freaks me out when she does it but thankfully it's not that often. But she shows no I'll affect from it but if you are really concerned it's best to speak to a vet just to be safe All the best mike
Scottoj18
Iv got a 2yo beagle that has always done this. It comes and goes no clue what it is but seems to have no lasting affect.
