kennym
Had a run to Bishop Aukland indoor shooting range last night with my big ginger mate I've never shot targets before but was switching ammo so thought why not? It's indoors and heated so it's got to be better than laying in a muddy field to re-sight Anyway as well as discovering I am indeed a magnificent marksman on paper targets I found I actually enjoyed my night, the guy there Alan who was organising things was very friendly and informative, they have a good safe practice while at the same time weren't anal I had not heard good things about target shooting clubs but in my experience (last night) it was fun friendly and safe Kennym

Dazza9t9
I recently joined a target shooting club in Durham with the father in law. I joined for a number of reasons, get him out the house, spend some time with him and assist getting my FAC. I knew I'd enjoy it but I didn't realise how much. I think it's a great way to spend an hour or two plus it's helping my marksmanship as well has teaching me a lot about fac rifles.
