woody801
When we've been out lamping and squeezing foxes we quite often get owls swooping over our heads. They scare the s### out a you because you can't here them coming.
sonicdmb
I had my hat taken off my head not sure who was most shocked me or the owl. Little owls do have a habit of making you think there's a fox about, nice to see them not as many round here as there used to be.
woody801
I was out watching some geese one night and sat on a blow dead tree. As it was coming dark a couple of barn owls started flitting about. One of them landed on the tree I was sat on about 15 foot away and stayed there for a good 5mins. Amazing really as I had the dog with me. Things like that make me love the sport even more.
