Wrap bunny in various salami and chorizo around the saddle, legs and cavity etc. Chuck in oven for 45mins... Job done........... yummy. . If you wrap it in Foil and place it in a roasting tin add a 1/2 pint of water into the tin base and cover while cooking this keep the meat nice and moist Also when you take the Rabbit out use the condensation and oils from the rabbit to make a nice thick gravy LG Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
