Did it stay moist enough?

 

Sounds nice if it doesn't dry too much..

If you wrap it in Foil and place it in a roasting tin add a 1/2 pint of water into the tin base and cover while cooking this keep the meat nice and moist :good:

 

Also when you take the Rabbit out use the condensation and oils from the rabbit to make a nice thick gravy :/
