Coupled with sierra 52 grain hpbt match I should see 400 with a bit more certainty than with the 50 g vmax. Just need a steady supply of componants now. H322 and BL-C2 were my favourites but the nod went to BL-C2(near a case full and very forgiving). I also used a 52grn HPBT but from Speer. May of said before but my longest shot fox was a vixen carrying a hen pheasant, 388 paces, I shot her twice for two shots sat down forward hand resting on barb wire. Wheirach rifle, 7x Meopta scope. John_R Posted June 22, 2014 Report Share Posted June 22, 2014 To update my own side of things, I turned down the pin of a Lyman Universal Decapper till it was able to pop all the primers out with ease. Frankly I am going to leave the cases well alone now I have a tool to decap. I was getting good groups and I have a bunch more reloads ready to fire using the same cases.
