Winchester SX2 not cycling

Any help please its not cycling (reloading the next cartridge)from 3" magnum load to 28g loads I clean it after going out but makes no difference help

Is the spring sticking in the magazine tube as this is comon, if not cleaned and oiled, it stops the carts cycling into the action properly. A good squirt of WD40 up it and working the magazine back and forth with your finger usually sees all sorts of rubbish washed out.

 

Is the piston spring snapped or ports blocked.

 

Have a look at some videos online and it should tell you all you need to know.

could be a few things, most common is actually blocked or part blocked barrel ports. Take the barrel off and clean them with a little thin wire then work backwards Gas piston? spring and what I call the actuator (cant remember the proper name). Then check the mag is clean inside and the little level that stops the next shell isn't blocked with grit etc., Feed ramp working?

 

If your not ok with this give it to someone who is, likely to be sorted in under 1 hr

I had the same problem with mine had it service and looked at 2times and it wos the same so got a 10bore mine only done it with31/2carts tho
