Scully Posted August 3, 2014 Report Share Posted August 3, 2014 (edited) Having one done this month 5x4 pitch roof sockets and rad etc £20,800 Very similar to mine; 20.436 sq mts @ £1200 per sq mtr = £24.523. If you buy the materials yourself and get a deal from supplier you can save yourself a few grand. A half cousin did the drawings, but he's tight so no discount there; cousin building with me as labourer, mate doing electrics, another mate doing the joinery, brother in law doing the plumbing and me doing the plastering (or may get another relative to do that if I'm busy) and decorating...should get it down to about £5000 !
