Scully Posted August 8, 2014 Report Share Posted August 8, 2014 Nephew called round late last night to tell me he and a couple of mates shot 287 pigeons and crows last Saturday. He and a few mates have their own small rough shoot on which they put down pheasants and shoot ducks and geese also on the same land. He is going to work in Australia for 6 months shortly ( will miss this season ) with girlfriends blessing and is planning to go to Argentina next year dove shooting. He also has a toe-in at Wemmergill as a mate of his is an underkeeper. He's only 19! Where did I go wrong? I hate him and his mates with a passion and wish I'd never introduced them to shooting ! Scully Posted August 8, 2014 Author Report Share Posted August 8, 2014 why not beg him to take u along old timer,,,lol I get invites to his shoot days and he asks me to clay shoots now and then just as a thankyou for all the times and hours I spent carting him and his mates about as youngsters, but I doubt I'll be getting an invite to Oz or Argentina.
