dodeer
Skin and deflesh as much of the head and possible, stick into hot water for 20 minutes and them remove and if flesh comes off easily with power washer continue until clean and nasal cavity is clear etc. remove any stubborn bits with a knife. Once clean wash the head to remove any grease and then put into high strength peroxide for 12-24 hours. Remove and let dry in warm, but not full sunlight. Or take to a taxidermist who will do for circa £35. There's also YouTube videos on this. Edited September 8, 2014 by dodeer
nderfel
thanks, that's useful. The head is still attached to the rest of the beast in the cold room for 3 weeks so will grab it then and will give it a go. I might wait for the wife to be out seeing as she is a vegetarian
ging125
As above, I would recommend doing it outside if you can, I'm not so sure your wife would appreciate the smell.
