Just flicking through JSR's flyer and they are selling a Logun Solo PCP .177 for £278, new. This seems pretty reasonable and as I am considering upgrading the Lightning to a .177 PCP it is clearly a potential. So as I didn't even know the gun existed, and S16 seems to be a really popular/good gun, what are people's views on the Solo? Also any other reccomendations for a cheap pcp? I was thinking S200, BSA Ultra etc althou obviously if a good second hand bargain comes up that would be better.

All this is subjective as I need to work on mum/gf first in order to convince them that trading the Lightning in for another gun with their birthday money paying for it all is a good idea :P

The Solo has been mentioned in a past thread.

They weren't good things though, storys of dodgy valves and seals!
