Guest cookoff013
hi guys i have a 410 hushpower for a permission that as house close by was wondering if any body as a 12g hush power i could have listen to before i buy one local to Mansfield area Here is a good hint, home loaded subsonic shells are quiet and can be very effective and quieter than traditional game loads. There most probably is very little difference between the 20subs and 12subs that are home made. But trying a 12based on what shells you may have is silly. Roughshooter here can advise you. He used 12s

LeadWasp
I've got a 20g one. Horses don't bat an eye, and you can shoot it without ear defenders. It is substantially quieter and a different tone too. Put it this way my better half never comments on the 20 but always says how loud my old Webley .410 is from 300yds away in the house! Needs the proper load to get the best out of it as said above. You can get branded 5's specifically for them. You won't annoy anyone with it unless they are 'anti'. Are you going for the OU or the pump version?

Cranfield
Before buying my 20ga Hushpower I tried a 12ga Hushpower with subs and it was a lot louder than the 20ga Hushpower. The .410 is by far the quietest of the set. It will be interesting to see what you think of the 12ga Hushpower.
