andrew f
was thinking about getting a 223 so I don't have to take my 243 out when foxing since its to nice to be bouncing around in a truck. What do you recommend?
Dougy
A budget would be a good start. 2nd hand, new For me it's a matter of taste, if I like it then I'm tempted a little more. Looks like you've already scratched the stock, ;-( You've spat your dummy out lol Edited October 25, 2014 by Dougy

Dougy
Couldn't see the scratch, it was tbe dummy that gave it away. Lol Just looked on sportsman's, you can get a Browning a bolt and decent scope for 1k.

Dougy
Must say ive had an A bolt in a 30.06 flavour and its never failed to load a round, and its had some bloody quick cycles on driven Boar shoots. If you're not positive whilst chambering it's likely to miss feed, but so do most others.
