belly47
I did what Fenny said and wrapped it in smoke streaky bacon and fried it off in butter and a generous amount of black pepper and then in the oven for 15 mins. absolutely handsome it was, best sunday dinner for ages. Craigyboy21
How many will a pheasant crown feed? I have a cock pheasant from yesterday & will likely roast it but if it won't feed the wife & I I'll freeze it until I get another.
