The Juicer
I had an RXS100 around 1993. When it started under performing like yours I had the exhaust decoked, and that restored it to full power. It was a big difference.
VULTURE
Hi. I think I've found the problem, after some research on the net and comparing my barrel with pictures I found I've come to the conclusion that the barrel has been ported,so put the barrel and head back together ,checked the oil pump and went for a ride around and gave some welly in the lower gears and once it gets past a flat spot it takes off like a good un. So now have got sort out a flat spot at about 5-6000 RPM (A guess no Rev counter) then alls good. Thanks for all your replies,Vulture
Paul223
You need a degree wheel to clock the the ports so a tuned exhaust can be fitted!
