Country Boy
Have had some success on the rape this week with an old pair of 'Marchant Movers'. Shot eleven woodies yesterday morning over rape, using just five shell deeks ( not flocked I might add ) and the two movers. I think you can still get them for £12.00 each, worth every penny. They are a very good decoying aid utilising a shell decoy, the bits go in your game bag they weigh nowt and there are no batteries wires or strings. So much for Peckers and UV Paint!! Cheers, C.B. Ballymac
Just looked at the "marchant mover" and would suggest a pack of ezzywobblers, pack of 10, £15 ish are very effective for creating movement with full shell decoys. Have used them with crow and pigeon full shell decoys and had much better days. With the slightest breeze you can get great movement, seemsto work really well on crows which builds up the pattern and gives the pigeons more confidence to commit to the pattern. Well that has been my experience.
Cranfield
Strips of sprung steel work very well also.
