steve_b_wales
cascamite? as far as I know it's always been cascamite, mix the powder with water, after a while it goes rubbery, then hard as glass. used it all the time when I was a 'prentice in the joinery shop. As Cascamite is fluid, it will flow into the grain of the wood, and once dry, is harder than the wood itself.
