69chris
hey guys, just a quick and hopefully easy one.....well, two but whos counting eh this was on my s/h 22lr when i got it, i dont much like fixed scopes so took it straight off, it doesnt appear to have any makers names/markings at all (not even chinese ones !!) so can anyone id it for me please ?? secondly, iv just dug these out (excuse the pics as i could only be bothered to blow some of the dust off instead of cleaning them properly !!!) i know there were/are loads of fakes going about but i think these are genuine ones - DDR markings/metal focus wheel/correct screw placement, but the little cap that had the serial number on is missing so who knows ?? couple of marks on the glass but they still give a crystal clear view.... one screw on cap/retainer (dunno what you'd call it ) missing from one of the lens worth owt or chuck em back in the loft ?? cheers all
iain
Scope is Chinese. Not a bad scope. I had one in 8x56. Paid £50 for it. Lasted me a few years and a few deer till I was seduced to German optics. The binos are East german had a pair of them at the same time. I sold mine for £80 to a mate who begged me to sell them to him. Good gear but heavy, both fool proof.
FalconFN
The lens has fungus on it so that will massively affect the price, they look genuine though. I'd keep them as decent binos for the car.
