AULD YIN Posted January 21, 2015 Report Share Posted January 21, 2015 Saw them on the field all week so phoned for clarification as i am only allowed to shoot vermin on the fields and got the go ahead,went out at 10 and found about 80/90 in a group at the bottom of the field with two sitting about a 80 yds away ,got withing 90 yds of the main group before they took off and split in to two groups one to my left and one to my right and thought ****** not even going to get a shot off,then the right swung round to join the other lot about 30/40 yds above me ,fired one shot and it dropped moved on to another bird pressed the trigger .......nothing,forgot it was my remmy pump and i did not pump another round up,********, anyway my first goose ever in 25 years off shooting ,taken me that long as i never fancied shooting one ,will try again with the auto. sorry if i bored you all. johnnie Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
